Iwamura Sanso
This inn is located at the foot of the mountain on which Iwamura Castle stands, offers radium hot springs and seasonal charcoal-grilled dishes over a hearth. Popular dishes include the charcoal-grilled “Sengoku cuisine” (Hida beef, local pork, local chicken, vegetables, river fish, and charcoal-grilled gohei mochi), as well as wild vegetables in spring, sweetfish in summer, matsutake mushrooms in autumn, and wild yam in winter.
