Former Shibata Residence (Ena City designated Cultural Property)
This typical mid-18th century Meiji period structure retaining the style of a townhouse from that era, opened as the Iwamura Bijutsu no Yakata (art gallery) in 2003.
Inside are works by Iwamura born portrait painter Harada Hoshu, which can be viewed along with the building itself.
